About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Solution Architect who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. This role is ideal for someone who can not only design scalable, secure, and integrated solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure AI platforms, but also roll up their sleeves to build PoCs (Proof of Concepts), MVPs (Minimum Viable Products), and advise on technical delivery.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and product owners to rapidly prototype and validate AI and Modern Workplace solutions—leveraging tools like Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint, Purview, Teams, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure OpenAI. Your work will directly accelerate innovation across client environments and shape the digital employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Solution Design: Architect and deliver comprehensive solutions across Microsoft 365—including Copilot, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and Viva—ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and security.
• AI & Reasoning Model Implementation: Provide technical leadership in the design, implementation, and governance of AI-powered solutions, including reasoning models, Copilot Studio, and AI-generated content, with a focus on ethical use and business relevance.
• PoC and MVP Development: Rapidly prototype and implement Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for AI and Modern Workplace use cases using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform.
• Automation & Workflow Optimization: Design and deploy intelligent automation workflows using Power Automate, AI Builder, and custom connectors to streamline business processes.
• Architecture Validation & Cloud Readiness: Validate and optimize solution architectures for cloud migrations, digital workplace transformations, and enterprise-scale deployments.
• Strategic Alignment & Innovation: Collaborate with business stakeholders and the Team Lead to ensure solutions align with organizational goals and contribute to shaping technology roadmaps and innovation initiatives.
• Technical Leadership & Governance: Maintain architectural documentation, enforce compliance with enterprise standards, and guide project teams through implementation phases with a focus on quality and scalability.
• Reusable Frameworks & Accelerators: Contribute to the development of reusable solution templates, accelerators, and packaged offerings to support repeatable and efficient delivery.
• Technology Evaluation & Adoption: Stay current with Microsoft’s evolving AI and Modern Work ecosystem, evaluate new capabilities, and recommend adoption strategies for client and internal use.
• Data Governance & Security: Ensure all Modern Workplace and AI solutions adhere to enterprise data governance policies, compliance standards, and security best practices—including data classification, access controls, retention policies, and responsible AI usage. In cases where governance frameworks are not yet established, teams should be empowered to propose and document appropriate governance models aligned with organizational risk tolerance and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant in Microsoft Modern Workplace environments.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services, including Copilot, SharePoint, Purview, Teams, Exchange Online, Intune, and Azure AD.
• Experience developing and implementing Modern Workplace solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including large language models, reasoning engines, and content generation.
• Experience with cloud migration, automation, and enterprise architecture validation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Understanding of Gen AI, agentic AI and autonomous agents.
• Understanding of intelligent Process Automation

Nice to Have Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MS-700, SC-300, AI-102, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Syntex, Coding Agents and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with compliance, governance, and responsible AI practices.
