What We Offer
At Convverge, we build business-level applications on Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, and the Power Platform that solve complex, high‑stakes problems for our clients. We’re regional leaders in a growing cloud technology space, and we’re growing with it.
You’ll work on meaningful client solutions alongside developers, architects, designers, and project managers who care deeply about quality, maintainability, and long-term impact. Our work challenges you to think beyond implementation, considering usability, performance, integration, and business workflow from the start.
About Our Team
We’re a close‑knit, high‑trust team that moves fast and counts on each other to deliver. We lead with quality as a design principle, not an afterthought.
We work in small and empowered teams that are trusted to own outcomes, from solution design through to delivery and beyond. That means less micromanagement, more accountability, and an environment where your technical judgment matters.
We value diverse backgrounds and experiences because the best solutions come from teams that don’t all think the same way.
About You
You’re an intermediate to senior software developer who enjoys solving complex business problems and designing thoughtful, creative solutions using modern Microsoft technologies. You’re comfortable working with a team, making sound technical decisions, and taking ownership of the solutions you build.
You think beyond “getting it working”, considering scalability, maintainability, user experience, and integration as part of your everyday approach. You enjoy collaborating with other developers, sharing ideas, and stepping in to support teammates when a second perspective or deeper experience is needed.
You don’t need constant direction, but you value working in a team that challenges your thinking and pushes for better solutions. If that describes how you work, we’d like to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Dataverse, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Power Platform connectors.
- Own solution delivery from design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancement, with a strong focus on quality and resilience.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and solution architects to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services (such as Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint) and third‑party systems.
- Extend Power Platform solutions through custom development using JavaScript, React, C#, and SQL where appropriate.
- Proactively identify technical risks, design considerations, and improvement opportunities, communicating them clearly to the team.
- Maintain and enhance existing solutions, balancing new feature development with long‑term maintainability and performance.
- Contribute to technical standards, reusable components, and best practices that improve consistency and delivery across projects.
- Provide informal technical mentorship and guidance to other developers through collaboration, code reviews, and design discussions as needed.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation and design specifications to support long‑term solution ownership and team knowledge sharing.

- Comfortable collaborating with peers, providing technical feedback, and supporting others through shared problem‑solving.
- Post‑secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications, and experience with Dynamics 365 or SharePoint, are considered strong assets.
Benefits
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Opportunity to join a growing, dynamic team.
- Career advancement and ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Work with cutting‑edge technologies and industry‑leading clients.
