About The Role

As a Microsoft Dynamics Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of Business Central solutions for our clients, with a particular focus on finance modules. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of building out our practice area, shaping the future of our Business Central offerings, and making a significant impact on our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with a focus on finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Budgeting.
• Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering sessions with clients to identify their needs and objectives.
• Design and configure Business Central solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, including training and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and other consultants, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in Business Central and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development and growth of our Dynamics 365 practice area, including creating best practices, templates, and methodologies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
• Proven experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications (e.g., MB-300) are highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
