Meet Kiki Li, Convverge’s New Senior Business Analyst
We’re excited to introduce Kiki Li to the Convverge team as a Senior Business Analyst! With over 15 years of experience in IT, Kiki brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience that we know will add value to the work we do for our clients. Let’s get to know her.
Kiki Li’s path to business analysis is one that’s been marked by a love of learning, an eagerness to adapt, and a true passion for connecting the technical and business worlds.
Kiki began her 15-year journey with a degree in computer science, laying a strong foundation in IT that has since guided her entire career. Early on, she discovered her strengths in the field as an application and systems analyst—a role that allowed her to dive deep into the technical side of business technology. Over the years, Kiki took on more and more responsibility, gradually finding herself drawn toward the big-picture questions: How could technology solve business problems? How could complex systems work better for everyone involved?
Her work in infrastructure, process automation, and digital transformation naturally led her into the role of a business analyst. “I found myself more involved in requirements gathering, solution design, and translating technical ideas into business solutions,” Kiki shares. She quickly discovered that she loved helping technical teams and business stakeholders get on the same page—a skill that’s now one of her greatest strengths.
Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection.
Kiki’s expertise is backed by several key certifications, including her IIBA CCBA and Power Platform Functional Consultant credentials. These, along with her rich experience, make her a perfect fit for the Convverge team. “I’m excited to work with a team that brings together diverse experiences and expertise,” she says. “Convverge’s commitment to innovation and client-centred solutions really resonates with me, and I’m looking forward to diving in.”
Outside the office, Kiki has a creative side that inspires her approach to problem-solving. She’s an avid handcrafter—a hobby that requires the same patience, attention to detail, and creativity she brings to her role as a business analyst. “Crafting reminds me that every part of a project should fit thoughtfully into the bigger picture,” she explains.
As she settles into her new role, Kiki’s goal is simple: “To improve processes and provide clients with efficient, scalable solutions,” she says. Her guiding philosophy? “Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection.” This keeps her focused on making meaningful progress, one step at a time.
