It’s been a few months since David Borys joined Convverge as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, and he’s already made a tangible impact. With a background that bridges the worlds of finance and technology, David brings both sharp business insight and a people-first approach to our team.
From Finance to Finding Solutions
David’s career journey started in accounting and financial analysis, where he lived through the very challenges many of our clients face when managing their business systems. Month-end crunches, manual reconciliations, scattered data, and siloed processes weren’t just abstract problems. They were part of his day-to-day reality.
That first-hand perspective is what makes David such a valuable resource for our Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) clients. D365 BC is designed to unify finance, operations, and reporting, but its power lies in understanding where the bottlenecks and frustrations happen in real business workflows. With his Master’s in Finance and his Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC Functional Consultant certification, David can spot inefficiencies quickly and translate them into system improvements that make an immediate impact.
I can relate to our customers’ pain points from a first-person perspective. That allows me to anticipate challenges—and ideally solve them before they even surface.
