Patricia Harty is the Director, Data & ERP at Convverge, where she helps organizations turn complex data and business systems into a lasting competitive advantage. She architects data foundations and modernization strategies that improve decision-making, financial performance, and operational efficiency, from modernizing legacy processes to deploying enterprise-grade Microsoft architectures.
Patricia works closely with business and IT leaders to design scalable data and ERP strategies. While she stays at the forefront of industry advancements, her approach remains pragmatic—she designs for each client’s unique business reality, ensuring solutions are driven by value rather than the latest technology trend. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Calgary, with advanced studies in data science and the CFA program, and is Microsoft Certified in Fabric.
