    About the Job

    The Project Manager & Business Analyst role is the key point of contact for a portfolio of customer projects and to help ensure the customers’ needs are met. In this role, you will be ensuring specific deliverables consistent with the customer’s project objectives are communicated, managed and delivered. You will guide, analyze, validate, document, plan, manage, and understand customer needs to accurately align our Solutions Team to the business objectives of the customer. You will act as the primary point of contact for projects to provide guidance, project updates and reporting for the customer.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

        • Plan, direct, and coordinate a cross-functional technical team’s activities to manage and implement new customers’ IT solutions to final deployment.
        • Develop, customize, and manage a detailed technology project plan for various core service offerings.
        • Control/manage project/program requirements, scope, and change management issues and constantly communicate appropriate information as needed to ensure a correct path for the project with appropriate documented approvals.
        • Perform needs analysis, gather and analyze business and technical requirements and provide recommendations for solutions and business process modifications.
        • Work with technical teams to turn end-user and business requirements into solution design and implementation plans.
        • Provide detailed documentation including business requirements documents and governance plans to organizational and adoption plans including communications and training materials to guide the deployment of the solution to the end-users.
        • Manage stakeholder needs, especially when conflicting, to drive stakeholders to a consensus.
        • Manage and verify the fulfillment of requirements through testing, quality assurance and pilots.
        • Determine, monitor, and review all project/program economics to include costs, operational budgets, resourcing requirements, and key identified risks.
        • Work with the account management and sales team and senior management teams on project/program proposals, bids, contracts, estimates, and schedules, ensuring adherence to legally binding requirements and customers’ long-term business objectives.
        • Consistently evaluate all project opportunities to drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and timeliness.

    Qualifications and Experience

        • PMP Certification and experience working in an agile development environment
        • Change Management Certified Practitioner (ProSci)
        • Business Systems Analysis Certification (ECBA, ECBA+, CCBA, CBAP)
        • Business Process Management and methodology certifications (CBPA, CBPP, CBPL)
        • Power Platform (Dataverse, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, Power BI)
        • 6+ years of experience in a Project Manager position with a focus on large, complex projects preferably in the tech sector.
        • 5+ years' industry experience with multi-technology solutions and diverse business and technical consulting including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office 365, Dynamics 365, Business Central, Azure Cloud Stack and Windows or Enterprise solution implementation.
        • Experience with DevOps, Visio, Project and Microsoft Teams.
        • Azure cloud migration strategies, Enterprise solutions
        • Demonstrated experience with mixed IT services projects where you have defined and lead detailed transition planning with methods including management of cross-functional service teams, managed requirements, and delivery from third party providers for hardware/software /network as well as co-location site providers.
        • Knowledge of change and problem management and ability to anticipate risks.
        • Ability to quickly build relationships and trust with stakeholders, project teams and project leaders.
        • Strong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead complex IT projects.
